Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rr333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through rr333.ws. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

rr333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform. Continued use of rr333 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease use of the platform and contact support to close their account.

1Eligibility

Access to and use of rr333 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. rr333 will verify player eligibility as part of the account verification process and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any time.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any service on rr333. Providing false information regarding your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 1.2You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise permitted by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• 1.3You must not register or attempt to access rr333 if you have previously been excluded or banned from the platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a platform-initiated suspension or termination.
• 1.4Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of rr333 and its associated service providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the platform.
• 1.5rr333 reserves the right to verify player identity at any stage of the registration, deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account restriction or termination.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on rr333. The registration process requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, which serves as the player's unique login identifier. Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials at all times.

• 2.1Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on rr333. Creating multiple accounts using different phone numbers or identity details constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with a multi-account violation will be suspended and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances forfeited.
• 2.2Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. Providing false name, date of birth, phone number, or address details is a material breach of these Terms. rr333 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation.
• 2.3Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and for all activity conducted through their account. rr333 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• 2.4Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your rr333 account — is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be voided pending investigation.
• 2.5rr333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, problem gambling, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or its player community.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

rr333 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform. rr333 does not charge processing fees on any standard local payment method.

• 3.1All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. rr333 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets that do not match the registered player identity. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• 3.2rr333 reserves the right to request KYC verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of withdrawal amount. This may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other acceptable proof of identity. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC where required.
• 3.3Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of the request. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal review threshold. Players will be notified of any delay via the support channel.
• 3.4rr333 reserves the right to withhold or void a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases rr333 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before a decision is made on the withdrawal.

4Bonuses and Promotions

rr333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• 4.1The rr333 welcome bonus offers new players a 100% match on their first qualifying deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit to claim the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to first-time account holders only and may not be claimed more than once per player.
• 4.2All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account, after which any remaining bonus balance will expire.
• 4.3Bonus funds may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the individual bonus terms. Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots and crash games. The applicable contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.
• 4.4rr333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it has reason to believe the offer is being abused or where operational or regulatory requirements necessitate such action. Where a bonus is withdrawn, any associated wagering requirement is simultaneously cancelled.
• 4.5Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using strategies designed to guarantee a profit on bonus funds, or coordinating bonus claims with other players — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended pending investigation.
• 4.6Seasonal and event-based promotions — including Eid, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day offers — are subject to their own individual terms and availability windows as published at the time of the promotion. These offers are available to eligible registered players only and may require an opt-in step before the promotion commences.

5Gameplay Rules

All games available on rr333 are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate using independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, real dealers in certified studios. rr333 does not control game outcomes and has no ability to manipulate results.

• 5.1In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active betting round, rr333 will follow the game provider's official rules regarding the outcome of the affected round. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will typically be returned to the player's account. rr333's decision regarding malfunctions is final.
• 5.2Sports betting markets are offered in accordance with the rules published by the relevant sportsbook provider. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by rr333 at its discretion. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed without notice in response to live match events.
• 5.3The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and sport are displayed within the game or market interface. rr333 reserves the right to impose additional individual betting limits on specific player accounts where risk management requirements necessitate such action.
• 5.4Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing bets. rr333 accepts no liability for bets placed under poor connectivity conditions that result in unintended outcomes, duplicate bets, or failed transactions that remain unconfirmed on the player's side but are processed on the platform side.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rr333. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• 6.1Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with any part of the rr333 platform, including but not limited to games, betting markets, bonus systems, or account registration processes, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• 6.2Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or systematically extracting value from the platform through coordinated multi-account play or other collusive strategies is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all involved accounts.
• 6.3Depositing funds derived from illegal sources, using rr333 for any money laundering activity, or attempting to obscure the origin of funds through any transaction on the platform is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. rr333 actively monitors transactions for anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
• 6.4Any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits made to rr333 initiated through a third-party payment provider is prohibited. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their account immediately suspended, all balances voided, and the chargeback amount plus an administrative fee may be recovered through legal action.
• 6.5Using obscene, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with rr333 support staff is prohibited and may result in account suspension. rr333 support agents are entitled to a safe and respectful working environment. Players who engage in harassment of support staff will have their accounts closed.

7Account Suspension and Termination

rr333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. The following sets out the circumstances under which account action may be taken and the consequences for the player.

• 7.1rr333 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, play, or withdraw.
• 7.2Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rr333 will contact the player via their registered contact details within 72 hours to notify them of the suspension and request any documentation required to complete the investigation. Players should cooperate promptly with any documentation requests.
• 7.3Where an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, rr333 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void any pending or historical bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal amounts pending at the time of closure where those amounts are connected to the breach under investigation.
• 7.4Players may voluntarily close their rr333 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8Responsible Gaming

• 8.1Deposit limits allow players to set a maximum deposit amount over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits that reflect their personal entertainment budget.
• 8.2Self-exclusion allows a player to exclude themselves from access to rr333 for a defined period of between 1 month and 5 years, or permanently. 9Intellectual Property

All content on the rr333 platform — including but not limited to the rr333 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces supplied by rr333, and all written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of rr333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• 9.1Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rr333 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform.
• 9.2Game content displayed on rr333 — including game artwork, animations, and audio — is the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). rr333 does not claim ownership of third-party game content and players must abide by the terms applicable to each game studio.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr333 limits its liability to players as set out in this section. Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by rr333's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• 10.1rr333 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform, even where rr333 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• 10.2rr333 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that any specific game will be available at any given time. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
• 10.3rr333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their rr333 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy and Data Protection

rr333 collects and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, players also accept the Privacy Policy. 12Amendments to These Terms

rr333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights, payment conditions, or gameplay rules — rr333 will notify registered players via the platform's notification system or by email to the player's registered contact address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of rr333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and rr333, the player should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. rr333 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, further escalation options will be communicated to the player in writing.
